Balti Chicken In Hara Masala Sauce

Ingredients :

240g chicken breast, 1 green apple, 40g coriander, 20g mint leaves, 2 green chili peppers, 1 stalk of spring onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 16g ginger, 1T oil, 1/6 cup of golden raisins.

SEASONINGS:
(1) some chicken bouillon powder, some ground black pepper.
(2) 1t salt, 1t granulated sugar, 120ml natural plain yoghurt, 3T ricotta cheese.

Preparation :

1. Rinse chicken breast; Discard the skin; Cube; Marinate in seasoning (1) for 45 minutes.
2. Rinse coriander; Chop most; Discard the stems of the remaining.
3. Rinse mint leaves; Chop most.
4. Rinse, seed and chop green chili peppers.
5. Rinse and chop spring onions.
6. Peel, rinse and mince ginger.
7. Peel, rinse and mince garlic.
8. Peel, core and cut a green apple into cubes.
9. Add seasoning (2), the apple, the green chili peppers, the chopped mint leaves, the chopped coriander, the spring onion, the ginger and the garlic to a food processor; Process for 1 minute.
10. Heat a pan with 1T oil over a high heat; Add the mixture from the step 9; Cook over a low heat for 2 minutes; Add the chicken; Cook over a medium to low heat for 15 minutes; Add 1/6 cup of golden raisins; Toss briefly; Turn off the heat; Arrange on a serving plate; Garnish with the remaining the mint leaves and coriander. Ready to serve.
