Sweet And Sour Raita

Ingredients :

2 stalks of coriander, 1 green chili pepper, 2 onions, 480ml plain low fat yoghurt, 1t sugar.

SEASONINGS:
(1) 2.5T clear honey, 50ml warm water.
(2) 1.5t mint sauce, 1t salt.

Preparation :

1. Rinse coriander; Chop most finely; Discard the stem of the remaining.
2. Peel, rinse and dice onions.
3. Rinse, seed and chop green chili pepper.
4. Granulate sugar.
5. Add 480ml plain low fat yoghurt to a bowl; Whisk; Add seasoning (1); Mix well; Add seasoning (2) and the granulated sugar; Mix well; Add the chopped coriander, the onions and green chili pepper; Stir well; Remove to a serving bowl; Garnish with the remaining coriander; Chill in the fridge before serving.
