Sweet And Sour Tomato And Onion Relish

Ingredients :

3 firm tomatoes, 2 onions, 1 green chili pepper, 15g mint leaves, 1 stalk of coriander, 1T plain low fat yoghurt.

SEASONINGS:
1/2t tabasco sauce, 1T clear honey, 1/2t salt, 2T lime juice.

Preparation :

1. Rinse, seed and chop a green chili pepper.
2. Peel, rinse and chop onions.
3. Rinse and chop mint leaves.
4. Rinse and chop coriander.
5. Rinse tomatoes; Blanch in boiling water for 10 seconds; Remove; Peel; Cut into halves; Squeeze out the seeds; Chop roughly.
6. Add the tomatoes, the onions, the green chili pepper, the mint leaves, the coriander and seasonings to a food processor; Grind for few seconds; Remove to a serving bowl; Add 1T plain low fat yoghurt and stir right before serving.
