1 Rinse and soak urad dal in water for 5 hours; Remove and drain 2 Peel, rinse and mince ginger.


Mango Lassi

Ingredients :

250g ripe mangoes, 375ml yogurt, 6 oranges, 2T honey,
1/2t ground cardamom, some ice cubes, some dried orange peels.

Preparation :

1. Cut oranges into halves; Squeeze for 125ml orange juice; Discard the oranges.
2. Peel and pit mangoes.
3. Add all the ingredients (except dried orange peels) to an electronic blender; Blend till smooth and frothy; Remove to a serving cup; Garnish with some dried orange peels; Ready to serve.
