Spicy Grilled Fish Fillet

Ingredients :

4 frozen fish fillet (about 115g each), 1 tomato (medium), 1 lime, 3 cloves of garlic, 12g ginger, 15g coriander,

(1) 2T lemon juice, some salt, some ground black pepper.
(2) 1t garam masala, 1t chili powder, 1t turmeric powder, 1/2t salt, 1T oil, 1T lemon juice.

Preparation :

1. Thaw frozen fish fillet; Rinse in running water for 5 minutes; Pat dry; Marinate in seasoning (1) for 45 minutes.
2. Peel, rinse and mince garlic.
3. Peel, rinse and mince ginger.
4. Rinse and chop coriander finely.
5. Add seasoning (2), the coriander and the garlic to a mixing bowl; Mix well.
6. Arrange the fillet on a piece of aluminum foil; Brush the spice mixture from the step 5 on fillet evenly.
7. Rinse and cut a lime into pieces.
8. Rinse and cut a tomato into pieces.
9. Pre-heat the grill to very hot; Turn to a lower heat; Arrange the fillet on it and grill each side for 6 minutes; Remove and arrange on a serving plate; Garnish with the tomato and the lime. Ready to serve.
