Creamed Corn And Bell Pepper

Ingredients :

2T ghee, 1t cumin seeds, 1 green chili pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, 16g ginger, 2T flour, 300g corn kernels, 2 green bell peppers, 500ml milk.

SEASONINGS:
1t sugar, 1.5t salt.

Preparation :

1. Peel, rinse and mince garlic.
2. Peel, rinse and mince ginger.
3. Rinse, seed and dice a green chili pepper.
4. Rinse, seed and dice green bell peppers.
5. Heat a saucepan over a high heat; Add 2T ghee and heat over a medium heat; Stir-fry the cumin seeds till crackled; Add the diced green chili pepper, minced ginger and minced garlic; Stir-fry over a medium heat for 1 minute; Add 2T flour; Stir-fry over a low heat for 2 minutes; Add corn kernels and the diced bell pepper; Stir-fry over a low heat till mixed; Gradually drizzle 500ml milk into the saucepan (Constantly stirring to prevent lumps from forming); Simmer over a medium heat till the mixture has thickened; Add seasonings and stir well; Turn off the heat. Ready to serve.
