Ingredients :

1t cumin seeds, 3 sprigs of curry leaves, 1/2t onion seeds, 1/2t mustard seeds, 1/2t fenugreek seeds, 1/2t fennel seeds.

Preparation :

1. Rinse, seed and slice a red chili pepper.
2. Rinse, seed and slice a green chili pepper.
3. Crush dried red chili peppers.
4. Peel, rinse and slice garlic.
5. Rinse and chop coriander finely.
6. Peel, rinse and slice onions.
7. Peel, rinse and slice potatoes.
8. Heat a skillet over a high heat; Add 1T oil; Heat over a low heat; Add seasoning (1), the dried red chili peppers, the ginger and the garlic; Stir-fry over a low heat till fragrant; Add the onions; Stir-fry over a low heat till golden brown; Add the potatoes, the coriander, the red chili pepper and the green chili pepper; Stir-fry over a low heat briefly; Cover with a lid; Cook over a low heat for 7 minutes; Ready to serve.
